Now that you have your Halal miso paste, it’s time to make your own miso soup at home! There’s many ways to make miso soup but here’s the most basic recipe that you can easily whip up in your kitchen!

Ingredients: 400ml water 1/4 Japanese Tofu 1 tbsp Wakame 1 tbsp Miso 2/3 tsp Dashi Powder (can be replaced with anchovies stock) 1/4 of Leek   How to make a simple miso soup: 1. Boil water and add 1/3 tsp of dashi. 2. Dice the tofu to the size of your liking and add to the boiling water, along with the wakame. 3. Let it boil for 1 minute and turn down the heat 4. Time to add your miso paste into the pot. We recommend use a saddle and a chopstick and slowly blend the write papers paste so it will be well blended in the soup. 5. Add the remaining of dashi powder, stir. 6. Finish off by adding leek before serving
