What is the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route?
The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (立山黒部アルペンルート) in Japan is famous as a breathtaking scenic route through the Northern Japanese Alps, located on the border between Tateyama, Toyoma and Nagano prefectures, Japan. You can opt to enter the Alpine Route from Ogizawa Station, in Nagano Prefecture, or Tateyama Station, in Toyama prefecture.
