A community service bus is provided between the south exit of Mitaka Station and the museum. It needs only 5 minutes to reach the museum. The image on the bus is Totoro, one of the famous animation of Miyazaki Hayao.

If you don't want to take the bus, you can also walk there. There is only one way to the museum. You just need to walk along the river. This road has a beautiful name - The Wind Forest. Anyone familiar with the animation of Miyazaki Hayao should know it. The scenery along the road is amazing so it is also a good choice.
